Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. UK tracked delivery is free on orders over £40; for orders under £40 it's £3.95.

Please allow 7–12 working days for delivery. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days, email contact@gearpulse.online and we'll sort it out.

Return & Exchange Policy

You can return items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached. To start a return, email contact@gearpulse.online with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions. Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 working days of your return reaching us. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
